Argireline (Acetyl Hexapeptide-3 / Acetyl Hexapeptide-8)
The second most studied cosmetic peptide, often called "topical Botox" because it targets the same SNARE protein complex that botulinum toxin acts on, partially reducing muscle contractions that cause expression lines.

Dynamic Wrinkle Reduction
Studied for reducing the depth of expression lines, especially around the forehead, eyes (crow's feet), and mouth, by partially inhibiting the neuromuscular contractions that create and deepen them over time. Clinical studies show up to 30% wrinkle depth reduction at 10% concentration.
Neuromuscular Junction Modulation
Targets the SNARE complex, the same molecular machinery as botulinum toxin, to competitively reduce acetylcholine release and temporarily soften facial muscle contractions without injections.
Synergistic Anti-Aging
