IGF-1 DES
des(1-3)IGF-1. Truncated Insulin-like Growth Factor-1

A truncated, highly bioavailable form of IGF-1 that is estimated to be up to 10 times more potent at the tissue level than standard IGF-1. It has a very short half-life and acts locally near the injection site rather than systemically.
Very early research. Mostly lab and animal studies

Localized Muscle Development
Studied for activating satellite cells and stimulating hypertrophy very close to the injection site. Because it clears quickly, its effects are highly localized compared to the standard IGF-1 LR3.

Tissue Repair
Studied for accelerating regeneration of muscle fibers and connective tissue in research models.

Satellite Cell Activation
Studied for triggering muscle stem cell (satellite cell) proliferation, which is a key mechanism in long-term muscle development and repair.
